WHAT HAPPENED TO THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT (OBAMACARE)?

"ObamaCare" is still alive. The insurance mandate, expanded Medicaid, health insurance marketplaces, and even some business requirements haven't been repealed. Although everyone is still required to have health insurance, congress removed the penalty for not having insurance. The penalty and mandate have been eliminated.
